GENERAL
Evil Eye mastery abilities will now correctly affect the new Odus beholder types.
There is now text within the Roekillik Lore & Legends book!
ITEMS
Most Raid Adornments now can be applied in multiple equipment slots. They will not stack if applied in multiple equipment slots.
Heritage items can now be placed in your house, with the exception of the Robe of the Underfoot.
PVP
Intrepid Strike will now increase auto-attack damage by 20% in PVP.
TRADESKILLS
Tradeskill group dungeons are now dropping the level 80+ token merchant recipes (old ones have been moved to Koros the faction merchant)
PALACE OF ROEHN THEER
Death Prevention spells should no longer trigger Theers selfheal
Approaching Equilibrium is now a triple-up instead of x4 mob. He is partially control immune, but not to fears, stuns, or snares. He can no longer be taunted and is immune to target-change spells
ROYAL PALACE OF ERUDIN
Gloom Chevalier Faris encounter should work once again
The power of Faris abilities has been increased
Mashals abilities are now more potent
ElArads melee has been slightly buffed, as well as a couple of his spells

GENERAL

ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Brigand
Cornered now displays in the maintained spells window.
Bard
Victorious Concerto should trigger on all attacks again.
Bruiser
Brutal Inspiration now casts while stunned/stifled/feared.
Fury
Animal Form no longer stifles however will prevent priests from casting beneficial spells while the effect is active.
Pact of Nature now grants a 60 second reuse group heal with a cure component to the target ally.
Energy Vortex is now a 10% increase to the critical damage of all spells to the group, -50% healing to the fury and has a 30 second duration and 60 second reuse.
Natural Cleanse cannot be interrupted and can be cast through control effects.
Inquisitor
Reach of Faith now increases radius as well.
Punishment now triggers a small radius area of effect heal rather than threat.
Enhance: Sacred Armor now grants more health.
Monk
Hidden Openings now does 6 hate positions rather than 5.
Bob and Weave now has a 2:30 reuse.
Superior Guard now triggers on hits greater than 35%, rather than 50%.
Necromancer
Accelerated Decay is now 5% health to maintain.
Warlock
Dark Aggravation should work properly with multiple warlocks.
Warrior
Dragoon's Reflexes no longer has a 12 second recovery time but rather will dispel when the warrior uses a combat art. Threat only taunts should not drop the effect.
ITEMS
The "Rites of the Creation Age" is now removed when stage3 part2 is completed of the quest "Return of the Forgotten Goddess".
The "Strider Antivenin" is now removed when the quest "A Cured Gingus" is completed.
PVP
Heroic Resistance no longer requires you to be in PVP combat. It is no longer found on TSO PVP Leggings.
TRADESKILLS
The tradeskill beta buffer now gives level 70 transmuting components as well as level 80, and sells the tailoring/armoring battlegrounds recipe books from the Isle of Mara merchant. Tinkered wormholes use a different visual effect.
Guildhall hirelings should now offer level 80+ tradeskill writs and recipe books, and harvest level 80+ harvestables.
The tradeskill beta buffer now assists you in modifying tradeskill factions, and is also selling some new recipes that allow adorners to convert transmuting components into higher quality ones of the same level range.
QUESTS
Fixed issue preventing Criggle Cloudpuff from spawning on Whisperwind Isle. Players should now be able to update A Desperate Situation
There is a new quest line in Norrath that leads to empowering yourself with the arcane powers of a mythical weapon!
Those that betray after completing the quest Epic Repercussions will find Jawharah Izzah, a merchant at the Nektulos Docks, has some useful goods.
Lore and Legend: Roekillik can now be obtained by studying artifacts dropped by these sinister creatures.
BUTCHERBLOCK MOUNTAINS
Storyline chapters have been created for the Butcherblock Mountains.
ERUDIN RESEARCH HALLS
Taranis Gazerra is angry about getting beaten up. His DoTs should now actually tic for damage and his two AoEs have a much larger radius
JARSATH WASTES
Kror Stormshield now describes the scorpikis as "foul smellin' foes", not "fowl smellin' foes".
LIBRARY OF ERUDIN
Power Font replenishes slightly more power
Scholar Primarchs in the Library of Erudin should update achievements now
ROYAL PALACE OF ERUDIN
Gloom Chevalier Faris should drop treasure now
Slaying Gloom Chevalier Faris now unlocks a respawn location in the Prime Architects Ampitheater
Yuengtash, Manno, Praun, and Zordiac have fewer HP and their adds should have significantly fewer HP
Mashal the Necrolord had a number of abilities tweaked to work correctly. His encounter should be more dangerous now
The elevator in the Prime Architects Ampitheater should continue to work after Gloom Chevalier Faris has been defeated
The 3 columns (and the runes that spawn there) tied to the El'Arad encounter have had their 'open' portion lowered much closer to the floor, making them much easier to both see and click
THE HOLE
Hitpoints have been lowered throughout the zone, and most of the named encounters are no longer immune to control effects
Loot and faction merchants have been introduced into The Hole!

Bards
Victorious Concerto has been reduced in potency.
Bruiser
Enhance: Shrug Off now has the correct text.
Soak Hit now has a 2:30 reuse time.
Coercer
Coercive Shout now displays the taunt properly.
Conjuror
Elemental Blast now has a three minute reuse time.
Monk
Provoking Stance now reduces damage by 25%.
Mystic
Stampede of the Herd has been reduced in potency.
Rogue
Dance of Metal has had its damage and reuse reduced.
Summoner
Elemental Toxicity has been reduced in potency.
Warlock
Dark Aggravation should now properly show 5% in the text.
ITEMS
The Illusionist epic weapon procs have been reduced to one trigger .
The Mystic epic Spirit Tap is now a 10 minute reuse.
The Ranger mythical effect that increases damage based on range has been replaced with a 20% damage increase at all ranges.
The Warden power proc now can trigger on any heal spell but can only trigger once per cast.
The "Ethereal Dark Beacon" is now removed when the quest "A Hatred Repressed" is completed.
The Ebon Mask "missing pages" can now be turned into a proper book file entitled The Missing Pages of the Sword Heist Journal - Rebound that can be placed in a players house. Once you complete the quest A Crusade to Faydwer", examine the item to turn it into a book.
"The Eye of Ree" is now removed when the quest "A Crusade to Faydwer" is completed.
QUESTS
Heritage Quest: The event at the end of "Justice for JoJo" should now run properly.
SPELLS
Conjuror
Conjuror Sacrifice should work properly.
TRADESKILLS
The Hua Mein faction merchant at last now sells faction recipes for carpenters also. All faction merchant recipes for all tradeskill classes should now be present in beta.
BARREN SKY
Barren Sky is now a more solo friendly zone!
NIZARA, CITY OF THE NAYAD
The Stone Frum Pazt, Vol. II pages 1-7 & The Stone Frum Pazt, Vol. I pages 1-4 are no longer no-trade.

GENERAL
Removed agility and +parry buffs on Sentinels Fate buff packages
Beam Handler plug-contraptions should be clickable now
Gynok Moltor's guild trophy is now spelled accurately. It is Moltor not Moltar.
The Standard of Soulquench should correctly lifetap now instead of damaging the players and healing the enemy.
QUESTS
The quest journal for "An Ancient Desert Power" now specifies, "I need to travel to the Qeynos or Freeport library."
Heritage Quest: The running roots for "Justice for JoJo" will now be given to both harvesters simultaneously, instead of going to the player who clicks last. Additionally, their respawn time has been halved, and players who don't need the roots anymore will not get their inventory cluttered with them.
SPELLS
Berserker:
Destructive Rage will no longer cancel if another berserker casts it.
Activated Berserk from the Berserker Alternate Advancement tree can be cast even when Lost Adrenaline is active.
Battle Frenzy now properly heals for 4% of the berserker's max health.
Paladin:
Heretic's Destruction is now a raid buff that lasts 10 seconds and increase base and critical damage.
Stonewall has had its recovery reduced to 0.5 seconds, duration reduced to 8 seconds and no longer dispels on a successful block.
Shadowknight:
Essence Siphoning now returns generic Crit Bonus.
Crusader:
Aura of Leadership now refreshes twice as fast.
Avenging Hatred now increases recovery speed by 7% per point.
Legionnaire's Mercy now increases resists by substantially more.
Bruiser:
Enhance: Bruising Spirit also reduces the reuse time by 10 seconds per point.
Enhance: Intercept now modifies the entire line of spells.
Enhance: Intercept II is now Enhance: Shrug Off and improves the avoidance transfer amount by 15%.
Enhance: Intercept III is now Brutal Inspiration which grants an alternate ability on the same reuse as Close Mind.
Soak Hit is now a 60 second reuse, 1 trigger stoneskin for a raid or group friend. This cannot be cast on the bruiser.
Adrenaline Rush now lasts 10 seconds after being triggered.
Monk:
Dragonfire is now substantially harder to resist.
Brawler:
Inner Focus now has a 25% damage threshold.
Eagle Shriek now grants a 22.5% increase to auto-attack damage rather than 75% critical chance.
Crouching Tiger and Bodyguard should now make the brawler immune to strikethrough.
Defiler:
Maelstrom can no longer be resisted.
Malicious Spirits no longer buffs the target encounter.
Sinister Countenance now grants wisdom and maximum health instead of in combat health regeneration.
Mystic:
The Lunar Attendant now heals the raid and has a larger radius for its heal.
Fury:
Nature's Ferocity now adds a tick to the primary heals over time rather than reducing their duration.
Druid:
Fury of the Storm now lasts 10 seconds.
Inquisitors:
Chilling Inquiry now increases the power amounts as well as trigger chance.
Inquisition can no longer be resisted.
Verdict won't be interrupted if the Inquisitor moves after the initial cast.
Maladroit now reduces the target encounter's double attack chance by 5%.
Cleric:
Steadfast Resolve now increases the immunity to stifles to a 100% trigger chance with its final rank.
Coercer:
Coercive Shout now also grants the target a short duration effect that grants 100% riposte chance.
Illusionists:
Arms of Imagination now grants 4% AE Auto-Attack per rank.
Necromancer:
Vampirism no longer dispels on damage.
Undead Horde now has a 10 minute reuse time.
Conjuror:
Runes of Geomancy now only triggers off of physical damage.
Summoners:
Cabalist's Aura now properly grants 2% flurry per rank.
Elemental Toxicity no longer can trigger off of auto-attacks.
Warlock:
Dark Incubation now displays text when it procs and properly targets the entire encounter and will trigger slightly more often.
Wizard:
Fiery Blast now has a 2:30 reuse time.
Ranger:
Perfectionist will now modify Arrow Barrage.
Makeshift Arrows is now a self buff that grants 60 triggers to proc additional damage on ranged attacks.
Enhance: Makeshift Arrows increases the number of triggers by 6% per rank.
Makeshift Arrows can now be cast during combat.
Assassin:
Exacting will now properly modify Death Mark and their Alternate Advancement attack-based combat arts.
Brigand:
Amazing Reflexes no longer drops on damage taken.
Cornered no longer stuns but has a mitigation debuff component instead.
Troubadour:
Mental Chaos now increases the number of ticks while reducing the power cost of Chaos Anthem rather than improving the base damage.
Resonating Concerto now increases raidus and reduces resistibility.
Bard:
Swift Voices now increases recovery speed by 4% per rank.
Victorious Concerto can no longer critically hit.
TRADESKILLS
Carpenters now have sales containers. Stained glass windows scale slightly larger (Whilhelmina). More paint pots (Cyliena).
Stats on the spirit-blessed arrows crafted from the Hua Mein faction recipe have changed slightly.
BARREN SKY
A new quest series is available on isle of desolation in Barren Sky.
DARKLIGHT WOOD
Malyl N'Vazin now says, "for you are as sweet" instead of "for your are as sweet".
DEMETRIKS BASTION
Many denizens of Demitriks Bastion should have fewer health, including some of his generals!
ERUDIN RESEARCH HALLS
The Gazer-beam Defense Grid has been reactivated. Beware!

PAINEEL
The Ambient Imp Familiars in Paineel have been re-colored and renamed.
ROYAL PALACE OF ERUDIN
ElArad has a bit more messaging during his encounter to indicate to players what his happening before he casts Particle Annihilation.
Gloom Chevalier Faris now correctly summons her adds.
SHARD OF HATE
When inspecting the "Halasian Love Charm" the last option is now "Put the charm away."
SPIRITS RESONANCE
Nortlav the Scalekeeper should no longer chain possess players.
If players leave the instance the doors should remember if they were open or not.
THE HOLE
The gathering stormcloud should grow in power now when animated storms are killed nearby.
THE OUTER VAULT
The items which allow you to summon the party members in Outer Vault have been made no zone. If you leave and come back you should be able to find them back in their cages and you can get a new item.
The rock door at the beginning of Outer Vault instance should now respond when the freed gnome gets near it, regardless if he has been renamed or not.
