GENERAL It should be more difficult to get out of PvP combat after engaging someone in PvP combat. You can no longer break PvP encounters by using /yell. All raid mobs have had their damage and melee reduced by 10-20%
BATTLEGROUNDS You will now only get a death credit in a battleground if you actually die. Ungrouped members on the same team should be autogrouped after a few seconds. The old group icons are back. So custom UI group icons should work normally now. Russian names now display properly in the battleground leaderboard window. Healing from wards will now count as healing given and healing received in the battleground leaderboard.
ITEMS The descriptions for Clarissa's Content Countenance and Criggle's Chaotic Characteristics have been updated to resolve some confusion issues. QUESTS Rewards from the ‘Shadows of the Betrayed’ signature quest are now correctly flagged as one-hand weapons.
TRADESKILLS Tradeskilled adornments would not work on a large number of low-level items. This has been fixed. The Hua Mein daily crafting missions now include only 1 mission that requires harvesting, equivalent to the Kerra and Quel’ule factions.
LAIR OF THE DRAGON QUEEN Toxxulia should do less damage with her spells and melee.
PALACE OF ROEHN THEER Maalus Shadowfyre will now cast his AOE spells at least 12 seconds apart from one another, rather than 8 seconds, giving players more time to recover after the previous AOE spell ticks.
PERAH CELSIS ABONIMABLE LABORATORY Perah Celsis should do slightly less damage with his spells.

ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENTS Fixed a bug which caused AA mirrors to not work correctly in some instances on a PvP server.
BATTLEGROUNDS You can no longer join a battlegrounds match while possessing a creature. Fixed a bug which allowed group leaders to kick people from group in battlegrounds. We’ve implemented an AFK voting system into battlegrounds in order to report teammates that have gone AFK in a match. A player can only be voted AFK if they haven’t had any recent activity. If they receive 3 unique votes for AFK’ing during a match they will be removed from the match and will not receive a reward. Players removed this way will also receive the truancy debuff. To vote a player AFK, right-click their avatar and choose “vote afk”.
QUESTS Bonemire - The quest "Go back to Vegli" now correctly identifies the name of the gnome you need to return to. It has been renamed "Go Back to Vegnit". Players who are searching for the remains of the ritual tablets for the quest "The Footsteps of Dartain: Enlightenment" must now find six separate tablet shards. Players who have completed the quest, "The Footsteps of Dartain: Emergence" but have not yet accepted the quest, "The Footsteps of Dartain: Observation", may now hail Pleni Mas'arc and receive her second quest. The following quests should now update for all group members who are on the correct stage:

The legendary, enervated and mythical epic weapons are now No Transmute.
Cloak of Unrest and Cloak of Justice will now accept compatible white slot adornments.
"Leatherfoot Tales: The Houndslayer" parts 1 - 3 and "Leatherfoot Tales: The Last of the Teir'Dal" parts 1 - 3 can now be bought from the city sages in Freeport and Qeynos for those that completed the corresponding quests of the same names.
TRADESKILLS
Tinkered environmental shields are now also useable by scouts.
It is now possible to harvest in the area of the Sundered Frontier known as Kejaan’s Rill; however, be cautious, as not all the inhabitants of that area are pleased by this change.
QUESTS
Tenebrous Tangle - "In the Name of Marr" stage1, part2 has 3 randomly chosen branches. Each of these branches had to be adjusted due to the removal of placeholder NPCs.
Tenebrous Tangle - If you already have any of Archaeologian Tydis's quests he will no longer continue to offer them to you.
Tenebrous Tangle - The number Draconic Bones that can be found for the quest "Expedition for Draconic Bones" has been increased.
Barren Sky - The "suspicious dirt" piles on Cloudmist Isle respawn faster now for those on the quest “A Misty Missing Key”.
Bonemire - Players that find the second dig site for the quest "Quick Retrieval" will now get credit for their work.
Bonemire - The quest "Fetid Harvest" now only requires you to harvest 10 Fetidthorn Spores, instead of 16.
Butcherblock Mountains - The journal entry for the quest "Silent Beckon" now accurately reflects Talvrae T'Zyth's new location.
Butcherblock Mountains - Trozusk Ripscar now grants adventurers the "Horn of Challenge" when they accept his quest "A New Challenger."
Players on the quest "Building Fawn's Garden" have a higher chance of finding a "pinch of diatomaceous sand" on the sand covered crabs in Antonica, no matter what level they are.
ANTONICA
Anguis, the level 22 named drake, has had its tier lowered to Heroic.
LAIR OF THE DRAGON QUEEN
The staff of calling should now operate properly during the Toxxulia fight.
PALACE OF ROEHN THEER
Players who have defeated Iilsaad’s Barrier can now respawn on the 4th floor, near Maalus.
Guard levels in Freeport have been slightly adjusted: many level 95 guards remain, but they are no longer blocking access to quest updates for good-aligned players of high level.
Obelisk of Lost Souls: Characters who are high enough level to gray-out the access quests now automatically gain the power to open the doors.
Sata, the Quel'ule faction merchant, now also sells scholar type fuel (candles, coal, and incense).
ITEMS
Elemental Barrier (a unique proc on some PvP gear) has been improved as a proc and now stacks with itself
The PvP proc Mutilation has been changed. Instead of reducing the effectiveness of your target's heals (thus making it only effective vs healers), it now reduces the effectiveness of all heals on your current target (making it effective vs anyone who is being healed)
Those that completed the quest "The Fleshbound Tome Speaks Again" can now buy the "Flesh Bound Tome" from the city sages in Freeport and Qeynos.
Those that completed the quest "A Crusade to Faydwer" can now buy "The Missing Pages of the Sword Heist Journal - Rebound" from the city sages in Freeport and Qeynos.
Those that completed the quest "Hadden's Earring" can now buy "Hrath's Journal" from the city sages in Freeport and Qeynos.
Sentinel's Fate (and scaled-to-90 TSO dungeons) heroic legendary gear should all have resists now.
Roger Goldie's Straw Hat should no longer have the "Hooluk in a Hat" effect on it.
QUESTS
Players that decline or delete the quest "Geobot" after completing "Conflict Among the Kobolds" can now regain it by speaking with Watchman Plarg in Steamfont.
Players are no longer being misdirected to search within "The Hole: Outer Vault" for Dartain's Fortress, while on the quest "The Footsteps of Dartain: Emergence."
Players on the quest "The Footsteps of Dartain: Experimentation" only need to speak with the spirit once in order to advance the quest.
"Infiltrating the Sanctum: Emissary Kvikz" now recognizes when the player defeats "Sslan'yiz the Animator".
Alim Dabir in Sundered Frontier now responds for the quest "Further Research Required" even if you have previously deleted it after completing other quests.
"Justice for Jojo" now updates more reliably at the final stage, and correctly removes quest items from inventory when they are no longer needed.
TRADESKILLS
Incorrect recipe costs on a number of crafted Mark of Manaar equipment items have been corrected.
NEKTULOS
The "guardian mist grinnin" have a higher chance of carrying the kneespikes required for the quest "Ashland Kneespikes."
VASTY DEEP
Xilaxis the Explorer's item tables have been corrected and he should always drop loot on both normal and challenge-mode.

Players who have lost or dropped their Huge Tiger Claws for the quest "Justice for Jojo" can loot another pair.
TRADESKILLS
The rare 10 quicksilver +1 rare harvest from gem nodes in Odus is now awarding kaborite instead of ulteran diamond as the rare.
